Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Janine Stocker, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to sections 20 and 50, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
