Under section 101 of the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I approve 6 December 2019 as the election date in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the Matua Ngaru School (774) Board of Trustees (formerly known as Kumeu Primary School).

I also approve 18 December 2019 as the date for the first meeting of the Board of Trustees.

This notice shall take effect on the date of publication.
