Pursuant to section 52(1) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and section 28(1)(a) and clause 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the Crown Entities Act 2004 (“CE Act”), and notice given under section 28(2) of the CE Act, the Minister of Health has appointed

Dr Janis White

as Deputy Chair of the Board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency, for a three year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice; and has appointed

Dr Claudia Wyss

as a member of the Board of the Pharmaceutical Management Agency, for a three year term of office commencing on the publication of this notice.
