In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007 and in the matter of mortgage instrument 8210161.2 (South Auckland Land Registry) (“Mortgage”), the trustees for the time being of Credit Union Baywide (trading as NZCU Central) as mortgagee (“Mortgagee”) under the Mortgage gives notice that, pursuant to an order of the High Court at Rotorua in proceeding CIV-2019-463-74, on 5 November 2019 (with the Order for Judgment being sealed by the Court on 14 November 2019) the Mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged land described below.
Description of Mortgaged Land: 18 Gordon Street, Kawerau, legally described as Lot 58 Deposited Plan South Auckland 3393, contained in Record of Title SA24A/984.
