I intend to remove the following companies from the Register under section 318(1)(aaa) of the Companies Act 1993 on the grounds that the companies do not comply with section 10 of the Act.

ASCENT INDUSTRIES NO. 33 LIMITED
GOGO SECURITIES INVESTMENT COMPANY LIMITED
IVANOVS LIMITED
MAINEKS (NZ) LIMITED
MAYTAL & MAYAN LIMITED

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above companies are delivered to the Registrar by 19 June 2019, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar is required to remove the companies from the Register.
