Material Incorporated by Reference in Hazardous Substance Safe Work Instruments

Pursuant to section 52 of the Legislation Act 2012, I, Nicole Rosie, Chief Executive, WorkSafe New Zealand, give notice that the standards listed in the table are incorporated into the safe work instruments listed in the table for the purposes of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017. All the safe work instruments listed in the table were approved on 29 July 2019.

The table sets out which standards are incorporated and the safe work instruments in which they are incorporated. Copies of the standards incorporated may be purchased at the internet addresses indicated in the table:
