Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 23 August 2019 at 11.02am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, and Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, both of i-Business Recovery Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of TETHER GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 30 September 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-mentioned company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
