Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of COAST HOMES LIMITED by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 September 2019 at 11.22am.

We fix 18 October 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
