Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance, of Deloitte, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the below companies:

TAKAKA ROOFING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.21am on 8 August 2019 at the High Court at Nelson.

3SIXTY INTERIORS (in liquidation) at 10.36am on 8 August 2019 at the High Court at Napier.

13 October 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
