Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 3 July 2019, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BAYLYS BEACH LIMITED be liquidated and that Rowan S. Kingstone, of Kingstone & Associates Chartered Accountants Limited, Auckland, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 3 July 2019 at 12.00pm.

The liquidator has fixed 4 August 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
