Under section 355 of the Resource Management Act 1991 (as saved by section 41 of the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011), the Minister of Conservation vests the leasehold interest for a term of 31 years with one right of renewal for a further term of 19 years with a commencement date of 3 May 2010 and an expiry date of 2 May 2060 provided the renewal is exercised, more particularly described in the memorandum of lease including the encumbrances and restrictions therein dated 13 February 2018, in one area of reclaimed coastal land owned by the Crown, being part of the Whangamata Harbour reclamations and as described in the Schedule to this notice, in the Whangamata Marina Society Incorporated.
