as Chairperson of the Board of the Waikato District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of the publication of this notice and ending 4 December 2019; and

The Right Honourable Professor Margaret Wilson, dcnzm

as Member and Deputy Chairperson of the Waikato District Health Board for a term of office commencing on the date of the publication of this notice and ending 4 December 2019.
