Pursuant to section 28(1)(b) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has reappointed

Anthony (Tony) Gerald Pigou

as a member of the Takeovers Panel, for a term commencing on 3 September 2018 and expiring on 2 September 2022; and

Richard Anthony Lang Hunt

as a cross-appointed member of the Takeovers Panel, for a term commencing on 3 September 2018 and expiring on 29 April 2021.
