I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that, on 30 July 2018, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 with the rights to funds held by Steindle Williams Legal Limited in respect of the following companies, by virtue of their removal from the Companies Office Register:

• Exeed Holdings Limited; and
• Horizons 411 Limited.

The money held by Steindle Williams Legal Limited, in the case of each company, relates to the sale of property.
