I, Yi Chen Nicholl, Senior Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that:

1. C&M Holdings Limited (formerly Hokitika Motels (1996) Limited) (company number 1465659) was removed from the Register of Companies on 1 August 2016 pursuant to section 324(1) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”); and
2. Lease No. 107103.11, registered against certificates of title WS2B/648, WS3B/1275, WS5C/113 and WS5C/112 (all Westland Land Registry) in favour of C&M Holdings Limited (formerly Hokitika Motels (1996) Limited) as lessee, have vested in the Crown under section 324(2) of the Act.
