Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(ii) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 5 September 2011, which was granted under those regulations to Fiona Hughes, in respect of Dynamic Kidz – Turama Under 2’s (25247) situated at 1 Turama Road, Royal Oak, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
