Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 April 2015, which was granted under those regulations to Donna Judson, in respect of Waiapu Kids – Homebased Bay of Plenty (45036) situated at 30 Domain Road, Whakatane.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
