I, Jeremy Salmond, Treasury Solicitor, acting under delegated authority from the Secretary to the Treasury, hereby give notice that on 1 March 2018, I first became aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 of the Companies Act 1993 with one ordinary share in Pure H20 Cardrona Limited. The share vested in the Crown by virtue of the removal from the Companies Register of Andrew Developments Limited, which formerly held the shares. Andrew Developments Limited was removed from the Companies Register on 7 October 2011.
