Notice of Intention to Remove a Company From the Register

This notice advises, under section 341 of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”):

1. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register on the grounds that the company is not carrying on business, and there is no proper reason for the company to continue in existence.
2. Any objection to the removal under section 341(4)(b)(ii) of the Act must be lodged with the Registrar no later than 28 February 2018.
