Notice to Remove Limited Partnership From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 and
Section 92 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), the Limited Partnership Registrar will be removing LION (NEW ZEALAND) LP from the Limited Partnership Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed his duties.

The liquidator has delivered his final report on the liquidation in terms of section 257(1) of the Act to the Limited Partnership Registrar.

Any objections to the removal pursuant to section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Limited Partnership Registrar no later than 3 July 2018.
