In accordance with section 34(2) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, notice is hereby given that the Associate Minister of Transport signed the following ordinary Civil Aviation Rules as part of the NSS Surveillance ADS-B above FL245 on 15 June 2018 which will come into force on:

1. 20 July 2018:
   Part 1 Definitions and Abbreviations, Amendment 54
   Part 43 General Maintenance Rules, Amendment 15
   Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Licensing, Amendment 6
   Part 91 General Operating and Flight Rules, Amendment 30
   Part 103 Microlight Aircraft – Operating Rules, Amendment 8
   Part 172 Air Traffic Service Organisations – Certification, Amendment 13; and
2. 31 December 2018:
   Part 101 Gyrogliders and Parasails, Unmanned Aircraft (including Balloons), Kites, and Rockets – Operating Rules, Amendment 9.

These ordinary rules are available for inspection at the Civil Aviation Authority of New Zealand, Level 15, Asteron Centre, 55 Featherston Street, Wellington 6011. They may be downloaded from the CAA website, www.caa.govt.nz, or purchased from Vertia, freephone 0800 438 785.
