Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both CA ANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company on 14 November 2018 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 8 June 2017 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
