Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Boris van Delden and Peri Micaela Finnigan, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators following solvency resolutions by the company shareholders on 29 June 2018 at 12.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators fix 10 August 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidations.

Note: These companies are all solvent liquidations.
