Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 2 May 2018 at 7.16pm the shareholders of CNT LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing, insolvency practitioner of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as liquidator.

The liquidator fixes Friday 1 June 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to file any claims and establish any priority.

Please note that this liquidation results from a restructuring of the company which has at all times been solvent and has no known outstanding creditors.
