Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Grant McQuoid, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 19 December 2017 at 2.26pm.

We fix 31 January 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.

The liquidators draw creditors’ attention to the fact the administration of both companies is at an end in accordance with section 239ABX of the Companies Act 1993.
