Under section 6(3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and by reason of an amendment required to be made to the notice described subsequently, the General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, revokes the notice titled “Reclassification of Part of a Reserve” dated 22 February 2017 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 March 2017, Issue No. 22, Notice No. 2017-ln980, and issues the following notice in its place.

Reclassification of Part of a Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the General Manager, Community Facilities, Auckland Council, reclassifies part of the reserve described in the Schedule below from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (community buildings and showgrounds) reserve, and subject to the provisions of that Act.
