Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for wastewater purposes and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited subject to a water pipeline right (in gross) over part Lot 17 DP 160724 marked “A” on DP 160724 in favour of the Auckland Regional Authority (now Watercare Services Limited) created by Transfer B452786.1, a water pipeline right (in gross) over part Lot 17 DP 160724 marked “F” on DP 160724 in favour of the Auckland Regional Authority (now Watercare Services Limited) created by Transfer B522968.1, an electricity right (in gross) over parts Lot 17 DP 160724 marked “A”, “F” and “O” on DP 160724 in favour of the Waitemata Electric Power Board (now Genesis Energy Limited) created by Transfer C627662.12 and a right to drain sewage over part Lot 15 DP 160724 marked “L” on DP 160724 created by Easement Certificate C627662.13 together with an appurtenant right of way over part Lot 18 DP 160724 being area marked “J” on DP 160724 created by Easement Certificate C627662.8, an appurtenant Right of Way over part Lot 14 DP 160724 marked “D” and “E” on DP 160724 and appurtenant Pedestrian Right of Way over part Lot 21 DP 160724 marked “C” on DP 160724, over part Lot 10 DP 160724 marked “H” on DP 160724 and part Lot 11 DP 160724 marked “I” on DP 160724 created by Easement Certificate C627662.14 on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
