Pursuant to section 52(4) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for housing purposes and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council, subject to section 8 of the Mining Act 1971 and section 168A of the Coal Mines Act 1925 as to the land in Computer Freehold Registers NA36D/263 and NA71D/478 and to section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 as to the land in Computer Freehold Register NA102D/939, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
