to be District Court Judges, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to conduct jury trials pursuant to section 354(3) of the Criminal Procedure Act 2011, commencing on 1 March 2017.

to be a District Court Judge, to exercise civil and criminal jurisdiction within New Zealand, and to exercise the jurisdiction of the Family Courts, commencing on 3 March 2017.
