Under section 78M(7) of the Education Act 1989, and under delegated authority, I revoke the notice, and subsequent amendment notice of the direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Te Puaha o Waikato Board of Trustees (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 24 April 2014, Issue No. 42, Notice No. 2014-go2515 and New Zealand Gazette, 24 July 2014, Issue No. 79, Notice No. 2014-go4473).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
