Notice of Intention to Remove Company From the Register

Application to remove the above-named company from the Register of Companies will be made to the Registrar, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act have been filed with the Registrar.

Any objections to the removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 24 March 2017.
