Notice of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

In the matter of ARISTOC HOLDINGS LIMITED, SPACEWAYS HOLDINGS LIMITED, THE STORM GROUP LIMITED, CLIQUOT HOLDINGS LIMITED and SEFTON POWRIE FURNITURE LIMITED (all in liquidation):

I, John Albert Price, liquidator of the above-named companies hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar the final reports in respect of each liquidation in terms of section 257 of the Act, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objection to their removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 18 December 2017.
