Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, that ENSIGN INTERNATIONAL ENERGY SERVICES PTY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Australia but having a place of business in New Zealand, intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.

A notice will be delivered to the Registrar of Companies not earlier than three months following this notice.
