Publication of bankruptcy adjudications and of debtors admitted to a No Asset Procedure changed in December 2018. From that time the Insolvency and Trustee Service has published all adjudications in the New Zealand Gazette by providing a link from the Gazette website to the Insolvency Register.

Take notice that the Official Assignee at Hamilton has filed the statement of accounts and statement of financial position of the bankrupt estate of Fawcett, Christopher Louis in the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 408(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006, and take notice that, pursuant to section 408(2) of the Insolvency Act 2006, the Official Assignee will apply to the High Court at Hamilton on 22 May 2017 at 10.00am for an order releasing him from the administration of the bankrupt estate of Fawcett, Christopher Louis.
