Notice of Appointment of Successor Liquidator

Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, was appointed successor liquidator on 14 September 2017 at 10.30am of the company upon the resignation of Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence. The company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholder on 30 August 2017.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidator fixes 14 November 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
