Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 25 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, the High Court at Auckland ordered that the above-named incorporated society was placed into liquidation on 31 August 2017 at 10.16am and that Simon Dalton and Paul Graham Sargison, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed as liquidators.

The undersigned does hereby fix 2 October 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any claim they may have to priority, in terms of section 24 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
