Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 26 July 2017 the directors of SIXTREE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED resolved “that the company would, on the appointment of a liquidator under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, be able to pay its debts”.

Notice is hereby given that, on 26 July 2017 at 4.45pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SIXTREE NEW ZEALAND LIMITED be liquidated and that Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ accredited insolvency practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, be appointed joint and several liquidators for that purpose.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 24 August 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
