Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

On 30 June 2017 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that M.W. WOOLLEY & SON LIMITED be liquidated and that Peter James Forrest, chartered accountant of Blenheim, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 30 June 2017.
