Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

I, Timothy Patrick Ward, chartered accountant of Invercargill, jointly with Colin Anthony Gower, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies by a special resolution of the shareholders on 12 May 2017.

The liquidation commenced on 12 May 2017, being the date of our consent to our appointment.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of COMPUTER GROUP NEW ZEALAND LIMITED, COMPUTER GROUP LIMITED, COMPUTER GROUP HAWKES BAY LIMITED, COMPUTER GROUP BAY OF PLENTY LIMITED and COMPUTER GROUP CONSULTING LIMITED, we fix 31 May 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
