Land Transfer Act Notice

The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of an electricity easement.

The applicant claims the electricity easement is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.

I intend to remove the electricity easement on 30 May 2016 if no objections have been received before that date.

Application: 10351918.2.

Applicant: Kristi Trustees Limited, c/o Lewis’ Solicitors, PO Box 529, Cambridge 3450.

Easement: An electricity easement over part marked “A” on DP 306923 appurtenant to Lot 1 DP 491753 specified in Easement Certificate 5164690.2 – 4 March 2002 at 11.13am.

Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land as a result of the subdivision of DP 491753.
