Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to sections 14 and 16 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Invercargill City Council hereby notifies that a resolution was passed by the Council on 27 May 2014 declaring the land described in the First Schedule to be recreation reserve, subject to the provisions of the Act, and classifying the reserve described in the Second Schedule as recreation reserve.
