- the classification of the reserve described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977;
- the classification of the reserve described in the Second Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from accessway reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977; and
- the classification of the reserve described in the Third Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from public reserve to scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(b) of the Reserves Act 1977.
