Pursuant to section 30 of the Corrections Act 2004, the Minister of Corrections gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Community Work Centre (Mona Square (Ashburton)) Notice 2016.

2. Commencement—This notice takes effect from 11 February 2016.

3. Mona Square (Ashburton) Community Work Centre—The land described in the Schedule is a community work centre to be known as the Mona Square (Ashburton) Community Work Centre.

4. Revocation—The Community Work Centre (Cass Street (Ashburton)) Notice 2003 (SR 2003/101) is revoked.

Mona Square (Ashburton) Community Work Centre

The following parcels of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District:

1. All that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 665 square meters, more or less, being Lot 1 DP 13584 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register CB724/23;
2. Part of that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 688 square meters, more or less, being Lot 2 DP 13584 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register CB507/252;
3. Part of that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 653 square meters, more or less, being Lot 3 DP 13584 and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register CB628/51;
4. Part of that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land Registration District containing 1,012 square meters, more or less, being Section 79 Town of Ashburton and being all that land comprised and described in Computer Freehold Register CB10K/44.

Explanatory Note

This notice is made under the Corrections Act 2004 and takes effect from 11 February 2016.

The Community Work Centre at Ashburton is being relocated from the existing site in Cass Street to a new site in Mona Square. This notice declares the new premises to be a community work centre known as the Mona Square (Ashburton) Community Work Centre and revokes the notice that constituted the Community Work Centre (Cass Street (Ashburton)) Notice 2003 (SR 2003/101).
