I intend to remove the following limited partnership from the Register under section 98A(1)(b) of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008 on the grounds that the limited partnership is not carrying on business and there is no proper reason for it to continue in existence.

THE GOLF REFINERY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named limited partnership is delivered to the Registrar by 15 December 2016 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the limited partnership from the Register.
