Notice of Intention to Cease to Carry on Business in New Zealand

Pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993, INFOSYS TECHNOLOGIES AUSTRALIA PTY LIMITED gives notice that, after the expiration of three months from the date of this notice, the company intends to cease to carry on business in New Zealand.
