This document notifies you that:

1. On 15 November 2016, an application for putting NORTHERN ROAD TRANSPORT LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-2941. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 3 February 2017 at 10.45am.
