This document notifies you that:

1. On 22 August 2016, an application for putting AFFORDABLE RESIDENTIAL LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Napier. Its reference number is CIV-2016-441-93. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Napier on 8 December 2016 at 10.00am.
