1. On 28 September 2016, an application for putting INDEX CONSTRUCTION LIMITED into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland. Its reference number is CIV-2016-404-2468. The application is to be heard by the High Court at Auckland on Friday 11 November 2016 at 10.00am.
