Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 20 July 2016 Damien Grant and Steven Khov were appointed receivers and managers of all of the property of the above-named company, acting under powers conferred under the deed of acknowledgment of debt dated 26 August 2015 and the general security agreement dated 23 November 2015.
