Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of THORN ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 29 November 2016 at 10.26am.

We fix 20 January 2017 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
